Lord Bramall Interview on Radio 4’s The Report

BBC Radio 4’s ‘The Report’ investigates the recent Lord Bramall case.  How the former head of the British Army was accused, and the nature of the allegations made against him.  Unsubstantiated claims of historic sexual abuse were the foundation of the Metropolitan Police’s inquiry into him, which was part of the now notorious Operation Midland.  Serious questions regarding the investigation are raised by journalist Alistair Jackson, and Met Police insiders and other key witnesses add their input.

Speaking at the end of the Radio 4 programme, Lord Bramall said, “This is much more important than just my case. It’s a matter of national concern that these things can happen.”

The case against Lord Bramall was dropped on 15 January.
